Blue Chariot was founded in 2015 by Jonathan Taylor ("J.T.") Smith to engage in the business of Residential Redevelopment — buying distressed houses to rehab into rentals. Along the way, J.T. got licensed as a Broker and partnered with Garrett White to expand into Blue Chariot Realty & Management.
